Poisa is a personal money-tracking app. You enter your own income and expenses; the app stores them so you can see your budgets and reports across your devices. This policy explains what we collect and why.
Data we collect
Account information
- Email address, name, and Google user ID — received from Google Sign-In when you choose to sign in. Used only to create your account and sync your data.
- If you choose “Continue without an account” (guest mode), no email or name is collected — only an anonymous user ID, which is deleted when you leave guest mode.
Financial data you enter
- Transaction amounts, dates, notes, categories, accounts, and budgets that you create in the app. Poisa does not connect to any bank, card, or payment system and cannot move money.
Technical data
- Standard connection metadata (e.g. IP address, timestamps) processed transiently by our hosting provider to deliver the service. We do not use third-party advertising or analytics SDKs.
How your data is stored
Your data is stored in Google Firebase (Cloud Firestore and Firebase Authentication) on Google’s infrastructure, acting as our data processor. All data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and encrypted at rest by Google. A local copy is cached on your device so the app works offline.
How we use your data
- To provide app functionality — saving and showing your records, budgets, and reports.
- To keep your data in sync across devices you sign in on.
We do not sell your data, share it with third parties for their own purposes, or use it for advertising.
Data retention and deletion
Your data is kept until you delete it. You can erase your account and all associated data at any time from Settings → Delete account and all data inside the app, or by request — see Delete your account & data. Deletion is permanent.
Children
Poisa is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
Your rights
You may access, correct, export (Settings → Export data to CSV), or delete your data. For any privacy question, contact yasinalibd04@gmail.com.
Changes
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new date.
এই নীতিমালার বাংলা সারসংক্ষেপ: Poisa শুধু আপনার নিজের লেখা আয়-ব্যয়ের হিসাব সংরক্ষণ করে। Google Sign-In করলে আপনার নাম, ইমেল ও ইউজার আইডি নেওয়া হয়; গেস্ট মোডে কিছুই নেওয়া হয় না। তথ্য Google Firebase-এ এনক্রিপ্ট করে রাখা হয়, কারও সাথে বিক্রি বা শেয়ার করা হয় না। যেকোনো সময় Settings → Delete account and all data থেকে সব মুছে ফেলতে পারেন।
